MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that once an order has been placed, it is then not possible for it to be amended in any way.
We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whilst using our services, e.g. placing an order, joining our e-mail newsletter or entering a prize draw or competition.
The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, known address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners.
We accept credit/debit card payment or payments by paypal.
In the case of an undelivered parcel, you must contact us within 60 days of placing your order, all orders will be assumed delivered correctly unless contact is made within this timeframe. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise but can not take action if not contacted within the timeframe stated above / received inaccurate delivery information (from the customer) upon order completion.
In the case of in-transit parcel/product damage, you must contact us upon receiving your order when damage is noticed. It is important to us that you receive your order in the same condition when dispatched. We can only take action against Couriers for in-transit damage, if we are notified within 7 Days of receiving your order. In-transit damaged parcels / faulty goods (if notified within 7 days of receiving your order) will be refunded in full and initial shipping costs refunded.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs (we are working on this). Return shipping costs will be incurred by yourself, please include the order sheet with items to be returned (explaining the reasons why), addressed to:

Once received, we shall process your return request within 24Hrs & be in touch if required. Otherwise funds should be returned to you within 5 working days of processing your returned items.
VOUCHERS / DISCOUNT CODES
Only one voucher code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, note that any qualifying order that is returned for a refund will have the gift voucher negated. Unless specified, free delivery promotions are for standard 5-7 working day delivery.
"Thank you" vouchers
"Thank you" voucher codes are valid for 12 calendar months from the initial date of the order being placed and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
"Team Rider" codes
"Team Rider" codes can be used only once per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, note that any qualifying order that is returned for a refund will have the gift voucher negated.
